PURPOSE:To favorably follow in measuring the shift and inclination to up and down, and right and left of an electro-resistance welded pipe, the deviation of outline from a true circle and sharpened tip of ground outer surface. CONSTITUTION:To a guide frame of an inner bead ground shape measuring device, a first frame 22 is placed freely movable up and down and capable of fixing at a specified position. To the first frame 22, a second frame 23 is placed freely movable up and down. To the first frame 22, an air cylinder 22b for moving up and down the second frame 23 is placed. At the lower part of the second frame 23, a third frame 24 is placed by way of a shaft 23a to be free of swinging to the periphery of the electro-resistance welded pipe 4. To the third frame 24 tip part, a fourth frame 25 is attached for both ends of the longitudinal direction to be free of swinging up and down. In the middle of the fourth frame 25, a holder 27 holding an ultrasonic probe 26 is placed. Also, to the both ends of the fourth frame 25, a contact roller 28 contacting to the circumferential surface of the pipe at two locations in the circumferential direction of the electro-resistance welded pipe 4 and rolling in the pipe axis direction is attached free of rotation. |
