PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of a photosensitive drum and heat roller to be used in a copying machine, etc., and to reduce the cost thereof. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam irradiation device 7 is disposed via a traveling body 8 movable along a rail 5 so as to face a main pipe 1 of the photosensitive drum, etc., to be subjected to finishing of its outside surface. The surface of the main pipe 1 is irradiated with a laser beam while this laser beam irradiation device 7 is moved from one end side toward the other end side of the main pipe 1, by which the surface is subjected to mirror finishing. A photosensitive coating material is deposited on the main pipe 1 after this finishing. |
