<p>PURPOSE:To provide a new low-cost production method of a color filter, especially, production method of a color resin pattern arranged into stripes. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 2 or 7 to form the line pattern of a color resin is formed in a plate (intaglio plate) 1 or transparent substrate 6, respectively, to be used to form the line pattern of the color resin. A planer plate 1 is adhered to a transparent substrate 3, or a planer plate 8 is adhered to the transparent substrate 6. The cell 5 or 9 formed in the recessed part 2 or 7 is filled with a photosetting type color resin 10 by using the capillary effect of the cell 5 or 9. The resin 10 filling the cell is irradiated and cured with light 11 through the transparent substrate 3 or 6 or the transparent plate 1 or 8. The plate 1 or 8 is removed from the transparent substrate 3 or 6 where the resin pattern 12 is formed to complete the production of the color filter.</p> |
