PURPOSE:To manufacture a molded product having an undercut integrally from a sheet like molding material. CONSTITUTION:A sheet-like molding material is pinched between a primary molding tool consisting of a top force and a bottom force, and primary molding of a shape wherein interference is executed not vertically but horizontally is carried out. Thereafter, secondary molding of a shape wherein a primary molded product is interfered vertically and not interfered horizontally is carried out with a secondary molding tool 13 having a flat shape wherein it is composed of a top force 14 and a bottom force 15, and a mold surface 15A of the top force 14 and/or the bottom force 15 does not interfere horizontally a molded shape of the primary molded product. After molding, a final molded product 1 is taken out horizontally. |
