PURPOSE:To damp any vibration (idling vibration) in both medium and high frequency ranges effectively without making an actuator into being enlarged in size and in capacity. CONSTITUTION:A driving member 3 and a driven member 15 being drivable by this driving member 3 both are installed in a case 2, while a support spring 18 and a diaphragm 21 are installed in this case 2, and a main liquid chamber 22 is formed in an interval between this spring 18 and the driven member 15 and a first sub-liquid chamber 24 between the spring 18 and the diaphragm 21, respectively, and then an interval between both these liquid chambers is interconnected with each other via a first orifice 23 made up of a part of the case 2. On the other hand, a second sub-liquid chamber 30 being surrounded by the diaphragm is formed in this case 2, and an interval between the second sub-liquid chamber 30 and the main liquid chamber 22 is interconnected to each other via a second orifice 28 piercing through both these driving and driven members 3 and 15. In succession, a blocking member capable of opening or closing the second orifice 28 and a stationary member capable of operating it both are installed in this orifice 28 in a combined manner. |
