APPARATUS FOR ESTIMATING THE ROTATOR RESISTANCE OF AN INDUSTION MOTOR

A three-phase stator current is resolved by A/D conversion into d- and g-axis components. Pulses corresponing to revolution of a rotor are counted and four proportional-integral controller are used in approximate computation of deviations of rotor flux and resistance from estimates. The variations of temperature and environmental influences are taken into account in adjustments to the three-phase current for compensation of the resistance of the rotor. Precision of control is not impaired by variation of rotor resistance.
