<p>Hair cosmetic compositions which comprise (A) 0.1 to 20 % by weight of an organopoly-siloxane having at least one structure containing an acidic group or a salt thereof in its molecule, and (B) 0.01 to 5 % by weight of a water-soluble cationic polymer have excellent stability and exhibit remarkable conditioning effects. Such compositions are useful for the manufacture of shampoos, hair rinses, hair conditioners, etc.</p> |
