The structure is a tubular sheath (1) with a buckle (2) at one end. It forms a strap and is made in woven fabric. A rigid L-shaped part (3) is inserted int he sheath by its longest part (4). Its shorter lower part (5) fits into a foot (6) which is fixed to the base of the bag. An adjustable strap (7) is fixed to the foot and its free end is joined to the buckle on the sheath. An ergonomically shaped element (8) is preferably fixed to the back of the sheath.
