On the back of each decorative wall element are formed fractions (7A,7B) of a fastening system (7). A layer of decorative elements (6) are placed in a mould with their backs turned towards the mould interior. Concrete is then poured onto the backs of the decorative elements and left to partially dry and then the prefabricated element is taken from the mould. The prefabricated element comprises a large seat and a web (4) perpendicular to the seat. The web has its external face (5) coated with the decorative element. The fastening system consists of dovetail fittings parallel to the face of the web. The faces opposite the web are provided with the fractions, complementary to the dovetails, formed at the time of moulding.
