PURPOSE: To provide a type of apparatus in which centrifugal blades can be exchanged individually without great expenses and also without the need of disassembling other centrifugal blades. CONSTITUTION: A rotary mixing tool 7 disposed inside a mixing drum is provided with a several pairs of centrifugal blades 12 arranged on the shaft 11. The pair of centrifugal blades consists of two blade portions 13, which are attached onto the shaft 11 and which are mutually connected by a fitted-to-each- other type connection 14. All pairs of vertically arranged centrifugal blades 12 are tightened against a collar 16 at the end of the shaft with a wedge 15 disposed on the shaft 11. The structure consisting of the two portions of the centrifugal blade pairs 12 facilitates the exchange of the worn individual centrifugal blades 12.
