PURPOSE:To prevent the falling of waterdrops into a kitchen by a method wherein a room side exhaust air guide plate and a wall side exhaust air guide plate are arranged into the form of an angle and condensed water-drops are conducted into a flow passage at the lower part of a hood along the inner surface of the exhaust air guide plates. CONSTITUTION:A room side exhaust air guide plate 1 and a wall side exhaust air guide plate 2 are arranged into a cross-sectional shape of non-symmetrical angles by changing the inclination angle therebetween, the upper part of the wall side exhaust air guide plate 2 is bent and the resulting bent part 6 is extended toward the room side rather than the top part of the room side exhaust air guide plate 1. The water-drops 7 condensed on the upper or intermediate part of the inner surface of the exhaust air guide plates 1 and 2 enter a flow passage 4 along the guide plates. Since the wall side exhaust air guide plate 2 is located in a position in which the falling of large waterdrops 7 is blocked, the waterdrops 7 enter the flow passage 4 along the exhaust air guide plates and will not fall on the peripheral area of a pot 5. In this way the falling of the waterdrops 7 into a kitchen can be prevented. |
