PURPOSE:To effect ventilation in a ventilation duct 1 with a nearly constant air volume independently of the effect of wind, etc. CONSTITUTION:In a ventilation adjusting device located at a part of a ventilation duct 1 in communication with the interior and exterior of a room to adjust the air flow through the ventilation duct 1, an adjusting cylinder 4 is mounted to the ventilation duct 1 and has an inlet open end 2 disposed upstream with respect to the ventilation direction of the ventilation duct formed with a sloping opening gradually increasing in the projecting amount toward its upper part and an outlet open end 3 disposed downstream and the adjusting cylinder 4 is provided above its inlet open end 2 with an adjusting plate 10 attached thereto vertically and downwardly to permit its free rotation in the air flow direction, thereby making the air flow possible from the lower and side part of the adjusting plate 10 to the adjusting cylinder 4. |
