The feed additive with yeast in autolysis is prepd. by 1) suspending yeast such as Saccharomyces cerevisiae in a water, 2) adjusting the suspension to pH 5.5-6.5 and autolysing at 50-60 deg. C and 100 rpm for 4-24 hrs., and 3) cooling the autolysed yeast in the ice, centrifuging at 8000 rpm for 10 min. to obtain the residue, and washing to obtain the final product.
