The invention relates to a securing system for two rails (10, 12), for example wing rails in the cross frog area, which are secured adjacent each other, directly or indirectly on a support (16), such as a rib plate, and comprise rail bases (28, 30, 32, 34). In order to provide reliable internal bracing of the rail bases even when there is little space available, it is proposed that the rail bases (28, 30) are held down in their regions (32, 34) which face one another by a plate element (36, 38) which is in turn secured at least by a rod-shaped securing element (72, 74) which penetrates an opening (50, 52) in the plate element and, in front of and behind the plate element, engages counter-supports (76, 78, 80, 82) projecting from the support (16). |
