溜冰鞋(三)
摘要
本创作系有关一种溜冰鞋之崭新外形设计。请参阅附件1、2所示,传统之溜冰鞋是将平底之鞋体(请参阅附件1)固设在平底之底座上(请参阅附件2),整体造形简单呆板,缺乏变化。创作人有监于此,凭着多年的贩卖及设计经验,也为了迎合市场求新求变的需求,特别设计了一种与众不同,足以使消费者耳目一新,且深具美感之溜冰鞋。敬请参阅第1~9图所示,本创作之造形特征在于:鞋底以流线线条往下延伸-__形之轮架座,另于轮架座之内侧还加设一只波浪型之滚轮座(请参阅第9图所示),使其溜冰鞋之底部更加新颖。另于鞋体方面,鞋体与轮架座之间设有多个椭圆形之通气孔(请参阅第5、6图所示)。此外,于鞋体之前方两侧沿着鞋体曲线设有多条平行之长条状通气孔。另于鞋体后根处设有具流线形之设计,整体造型相当新颖。本创作溜冰鞋之形状与传统形状简单呆板的溜冰鞋在外观上完全不同,本创作属于「改变已有物品之形状而成另一特异之造型者」,具流畅和谐之设计,符合专利法新颖性与美感性之要件,爰依法申请新式样专利,恳请 贵审查委员早日赐准本创作之申请,实感德便。
