The vehicle consists of two cabins (34,35) situated on either side of a guide track (2,3) and connected to a carriage (4) which runs along the track by means of a transverse shaft (5) with shock absorbers (30,31) between the cabins and the carriage. This allows the rotational speed of the cabins in relation to the carriage to be braked or limited. The two shock absorbers are in the form of rotary oscillation units with a controlled oil flow rate, located on the shaft. They are equipped with rotary components which are joined to the cabins and the carriage respectively. Each of the cabins has a supporting structure which is joined to the carriage and a lower carrying structure, with the two connected by vertical rods.
