PURPOSE:To provide a three-dimensional image display device capable of reducing the handling time to set an interested area(ROI) on a slice image. CONSTITUTION:In this three-dimensional image display device in which the ROIs for inputted plural slice images are set and images can be displayed in three-dimensional fashion by sampling based on the ROIs, a ROI interpolation part 17 is provided which performs the interpolation of the ROI for since images >=1 that exist between the slice images on which the ROIs are set based on each distance image obtained from the contours of the ROIs set for the slice images >=2 by linear interpolation.
