PURPOSE:To prevent sticking of ionic substances in a heat exchange part and to reduce the necessity of maintenance operations such as cleaning. CONSTITUTION:A branch pipe 14 which divides flowing water containing ionic substances and supplies it to heat exchange parts 16 such as shell-and-tube type ones, a separating means such as a permanent magnet which gives the flowing water a magnetic force in the direction of an arrow A so as to separate cationic and anionic substances in the ionic substances from each other and to distribute them to branches of the branch pipe 14, and a charging means such as a battery which charges the heat exchange parts 16 with electricity, are provided. |
