PURPOSE:To make it possible to curve a rigid synthetic resin foaming plate heat insulating material with less force and to promote further form retaining ratio after the curve. CONSTITUTION:A required number of channels M are machined on the other surface of a rigid synthetic resin foaming plate A sticking a nonwoven fabric B on one surface thereof to obtain a rigid synthetic resin foaming plate heat insulating material. With the surface having machined channels as the inside, pressure-welding of the heat insulating material is made along the wall surface, etc., of a curved structure. When it is mounted, it is curved in a state to close void parts of the channels M, so that an element as an internal layer section of the rigid synthetic resin foaming plate heat insulating material is not excessively compressed, and it can be curved easily with comparatively less force. In addition, because the existence of foaming bubbles not resulted in breakage can be greatly reduced even if compressive load is applied to them, the return is limited after the elimination of the load. |
