<p>PURPOSE:To improve the quality of the rolling by realizing the online roll profile measurement with high precision in a device for measuring the roll profile to be used in the rolling process, etc., of the metallic material. CONSTITUTION:A grinding machine fitting frame of an online roll grinding equipment and a support frame 3 to movably support this fitting frame 1 in the direction parallel to the axis of a roll 2 are provided opposite to the surface of the roll 2 of the rolling equipment, and the fitting frame 1 is constituted in an oscillation-movable manner by the prescribed distance in the direction parallel to the axis of the roll by a moving device 4. Grinding machines 5-10 where roll surface displacement detecting sensors (a)-(j) are incorporated at an equal space in the axial direction of the roll are arranged on the fitting frame 1. Temperature detecting sensors 11a, 11b before and after the support frame 3 are provided in a symmetrical manner on the front and rear surface at least at the center of the support frame 3. Connection is made to a control device 14 so as to receive the detected signal from the respective roll surface displacement detecting sensor (a)-(j) and the temperature detecting sensors 11a, 11b.</p> |
