PURPOSE:To automatically control the amt. of butting between the cutting sleeve of a drive blow pin and the counter plate of a mold in a blow molding machine. CONSTITUTION:The drive blow pin 15 of a blow molding machine is constituted so as to elevate and lower it by driving an electric motor 8 and the torque of the electric motor 8 can be arbitrarily set and after the centers of a mold 19 and the drive blow pin 15 are made to coincide with each other, it is lowered by a slow speed and increase in the torque when the counter plate 25 of the mold 19 is brought into contact with the cutting sleeve 26 of the drive blow pin 15 is detected and the value of a pulse encoder 27 is made to be a command point for positioning. |
