PURPOSE:To improve dewing resistance simply by a method wherein following means are adopted; a base part of an inner cap is integrally formed; a tip is formed into a double layer pipe structure with both inside and outside walls to section an air layer midway; a tip of an inner pipe forming the inside wall is blockaded with a partition plate and others. CONSTITUTION:An inner cap arranged inside a cap body 1 equipped with a clip 2 is formed into a double layer pipe structure consisting of an outer wall 3a and an inside wall 3b, and an air layer 11 as a heat insulating layer is sectioned between them. The outside wall 3a is integrated with the inside wall 3b at a base part. Besides, a tip of an inner pipe forming the inside wall 3b is blockaded with a partition plate 7. A pen point chamber 4 protecting and housing a pen point part of a writing tool is sectioned thereby. Then, in an outside pipe forming the outside wall 3a, respective engaging parts 13, 6 fitting respectively respective stage parts on an inside surface of the cap body 1 are arranged at both ends before and behind that. The pen point chamber 4 is intercepted from the open air thereby and kept in an airtight 19 t state, an dewing resistance of the inner cap is improved thereby. |
