<p>PURPOSE:To provide a resistor element which has a good responsiveness and a corrosion resistance concurrently, and can realize a high reliability and a low cost, by composing the lead wire of a resistor element with an alloy including precious metals which have a low heat conductivity and a corrosion resistance, as the main component. CONSTITUTION:The heating resistor element 4 and heat sensitive resistor element 5 are composed by forming a resistor 10 made by fixing a lead wire 11 to a cylindrical ceramic base body 8 through an adhesive 9, and then winding a small wire of platinum or the like continued electrically with the lead wire 11 around the outer peripheral surface of the base body 8, and a coating layer 12 to protect the resistor 10. And the lead wire 11 is composed of an alloy including at least three sorts of precious metals such as platinum and iridium. In this case, the precious metals elements to be used are eight elements including Ru, Rh, Pd, Ag, Os, Ir, Pt, and Au.</p> |
