<p>PURPOSE:To save a necessary memory and to improve processing speed by calculating the visible area of an optional window on a display screen where plural windows are overlapped, by a successive dividing system based upon only the position relation of the overlapping of the window at that time. CONSTITUTION:The system is composed of a CPU 11, a main memory 12, a display refreshing memory 13 and a disk play 14. 1 is set to an overlapping sequence loop counter (k) of the window, and the intersection with a window 24 (object rectangle) to obtain a window 22 (referring window) of an overlapping sequence k=1 and the visible area is decided. When the object rectangle is intersected with the referring window, the object rectangle is divided by the position relation with the referring window. When the referring window is the window just on the object window to calculate the visible rectangle, the non-intersection rectangle itself is determined as the visible tangle. A non- determining rectangle group is divided by the position relation with the lower window as the contrast rectangle one by one and the loop to determine the measure is controlled.</p> |
