<p>PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of digital information transmission by effectively reducing a traffic relating to digital information on a communication line for a period when each of plural node sections connecting to a communication line reaches a normal operating state after the start is initiated. CONSTITUTION:The system is made up of a communication line 11 and plural node sections 12A, 12B, 12C each having an arithmetic unit to implement information transmission operation sending digital information to the communication line 11 and to implement information reception operation selectively receiving selectively digital information from the communication line 11, and when the plural node sections 12A, 12B, 12C are started, a node section reaching the normal operating state earliest among the plural node sections 12A, 12B, 12C sends digital start information and the other sections transit to the normal operating state depending on the digital start information.</p> |
