<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of wrinkles at the times of taking-up and preservation by applying a specific coating to a synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric sheet and bonding release paper to the sheet through the coating before drying to form a composite and laminating this composite and self-adhesive unvulcanized rubber. CONSTITUTION:After a synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric sheet is coated with coating, the coated sheet is closely bonded to the non-release treatment surface of release paper before drying and the whole is dried to form a composite consisting of the synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric sheet, the coating and the release paper. This composite 16 is applied to the single surface of a sheet of self-adhesive rubber to be integrally bonded thereto under pressure by a press roll 20 and the obtained composite sheet is taken up. As a result, the occurrence of wrinkles in a taking-up process at the time of production is perfectly eliminated and, since the movement of the layer of the self-adhesive rubber 14 can be restricted even at the time of preservation, the occurrence of new wrinkles or undulation is also perfectly eliminated.</p> |
