PURPOSE:To realize an efficient and sure dehumidifying control by constituting the device so that the air in a hatch is cooled in the heat pump cycle in a casing, and the moisture in the dew condensation through cooling is recovered and discharged and the air after cooling is heated and returned to the inside of the hatch. CONSTITUTION:As for a damp reducing controller 1 for the storage and ocean transport of the foodstuffs to be protected from damp, a casing 2 which has a pallet 21 formed integrally on the bottom surface and a wire suspension metal fitting 22 on the top surface is provided, and inside the casing 2, an evaporator 31 for cooling the air sucked into the casing 2 and a drain pan 23 which recovers the moisture in dew condensation through cooling and discharges the moisture to a pipe 231 are provided. Further, a condenser 33 which heats the air after cooling and sends out the air outside is provided, and a heat pump cycle 3 including the evaporator 31 and the condenser 33 is controlled by a controller 4. Further, in the casing 2, a transformer 5 for varying each supplied voltage for the controller 4 and the heat pump cycle 3 to each prescribed voltage is installed. |
