PURPOSE:To obtain a first disk provided with a signal recording region exchangeable for a second disk in the read-in area of the first disk and recorded with such a signal as to distinguish the first disk from the second disk. CONSTITUTION:A signal recording a format in a reading-in area 3 exchangeable of a first disk 1 records the signal with a format having a compatibility with signal recording format of CD. For example, '11XX', being not yet specified, for discriminating the disk from CD is recorded as a CONTROL signal for sub-coding in the region. |
