PURPOSE:To facilitate analysis of the causes of destruction of memory data by preventing overdischarge of a battery and detecting output voltage drop of the battery. CONSTITUTION:The battery voltage detecting circuit comprises a PNP transistor 8 for interrupting the feeder line 10a from an NiCd battery 1 to a RAM 10 based on a high level signal received from an overdischarge detecting circuit 7 when the detected voltage of an NiCd battery 1 drops below a lower limit, a latch circuit 17 for holding a high level signal, received from a residual voltage detecting circuit 13, as a low level signal when the detected voltage of the battery 1 drops below a prescribed level, and a configuration RAM 20 being set with a data O based on the low level signal. If the data 0 is set in the configuration RAM 20 upon destruction of RAM data, deficiency in the output voltage of the battery 1 is notified on a display 24. |
