PURPOSE:To obtain the ideal brake feeling irrespective of the car speed by changing jump-up quantities in response to the car speed so as to increase the jump-up quantity at a low speed and decrease it at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:An ideal-pressure difference signal generating means 19 calculates the ideal jump-up quantity in response to the car speed (b) based on the depression signal (a) from a distortion gauge 17 and the car speed signal (b) from a car speed detecting means 18, and further it calculates the ideal pressure difference Pi to obtain it as the value in response to the depression force. Next, this ideal pressure difference Pi is compared with the actual difference P by a comparator 16. The output signal (e) of the comparator 16 switches and controls a valve unit 12 so that, if Pi>P, a high-pressure fluid is guided into a transformation chamber 106 from a high-pressure source 10; if Pi=P, the pressure of the transformation chamber 106 is kept as it is; if Pi<P, a negative-pressure fluid is guided into the transformation chamber 106 from a negative-pressure source 11. |
