The system comprises a speed detector which detects the spin velocity, a microprocessor which outputs the frequency signal and the amplitude signal of sinusoidal wave, a slip frequency converter which converts the frequency signals to slip frequency, a reciprocal converter which takes the reciprocal of the detected speed signals and gets slip frequency, a subtractor which compares the output of the slip frequency converter with the output signals of the reciprocal converter and finds the difference, a frequency/voltage converter which generates amplitude signals, an adder which the output signals of the frequency/voltage converter and the output signals of the microprocessor, a sinusoidal wave generating unit which adds outputs speed-compensated sinusoidal wave signals, and a pulse width modulation signal generating unit which generates pulse width modulation signals.
