<p>PURPOSE:To stably raise a low speed range to the vicinity of a synchronizing speed by monitoring a pulsation torque generated at the time of starting a turbine generator using a thyristor power source. CONSTITUTION:A torque detector 30 of a turbine generator 1, an armature current detector 20 and a field current detector 24, and an arithmetic unit 5 for calculating necessity or not of an acceleration/deceleration command of the generator by deciding presence or absence of generation of a shaft twisting of the generator 1 from an output signal of the detector 30, an output signal of the detector 20 and an output signal of the detector 24 are provided, and the command is applied to the generator in response to an output signal of the unit 5.</p> |
