The device is composed of a buttom plate, a pick up carriage, a guide shaft, a controlling plate and guiding instruments. The buttom plate has guiding instruments of both sides, the pick up carrige has instruments of reading the disc information guided by guiding instrument, the guiding shaft guides movement of the pick up carriage, the controlling plate is sticked to the buttom plate to control the moving central line of the pick up carriage, and the guiding instruments guide movement of the controlling plate against the bottom plate.
