<p>PURPOSE:To install a lead of any product item in an appropriate position of a clip by furnishing a locating flange in the lead part, and equipping the clip with a groove to admit the flange. CONSTITUTION:An electricity feeding jig 10 for inspection is composed of an upper lever, lower lever, pin and spring, and embodied in a clip form. A lead for inspection is coupled with a product item concerned 50 through a flexible circuit board 52, which is equipped on each side with a flange 58 extending outward. One side end of this jig 10 is opened against the force of the spring, and in the gap generated, the board 52 is fitted. The board 52 is located so that, the flange 56 is fitted in a notch provided in an upper lever of the jig 10. Thereby the contact of the board 52 touches the specified part of the jig 10 at all times to permit for the electricity feeding inspection to be conducted simply and quickly.</p> |
