The cylinder cover is provided with connections for at least one pressure conduit, a connection to a fluid chamber and for fixture and at its end facing the piston connecting rod (4) has a ring (8) with an accommodation seat for a dust protection cap, which at the other end is fixed to the piston connecting rod. The ring has an end (9) extended radially inwards tightly against the piston connecting rod, and based on this end is effective as a stop limiting the stroke of the connecting rod. The ring at its radial inner end has a extension (14) running on a part of its length in the direction of the free end of the piston connecting rod, which is effective for a first projection of the connecting rod as a stop.
