PURPOSE:To provide a method of manufacturing electric equipment with excellent properties such as curability, crack resistance, thermal conductivity, ease of operation and breakdown strength. CONSTITUTION:A case storing the specified parts of electric equipment is filled with a filler with an average granular diameter of 300mum min. and a Fe2O3 content of 0.2wt.% max. Further, a thermocurable resin composition is injected at a degree of vacuum of 100Torr max to allow it to be cured. |
