PURPOSE:To manufacture recycled molded form such as recycled sheet, etc., having excellent physical properties such as impact resistance by removing detrimental low-molecular weight part for recycling by cutting a surface layer. CONSTITUTION:Polycarbonate recycled raw material is obtained by removing a surface layer of waste of polycarbonate used for a long period by cutting and then pulverizing it, and its recycled raw material is used as a molding material.
