PURPOSE:To obtain vibration isolating effect and attain light weight as the whole unit by providing a sheet like member at the specified part of a sliding base opposed to the surface of a track rail in such a way as to form a buffer gap between the sheet like member and the surface of the track rail, and forming an oil film in such a way as to be filled in the buffer gap. CONSTITUTION:A sheet like member 30 formed in rectangular shape is embedded in the specified part of a sliding unit, that is, at a part opposed to the flat face 5e formed at the top of a track rail 5 in this case, in such a way that only the lower face is exposed. A buffer gap (e) is formed between the lower face of the sheet like member 30 and the top flat face 5e of the track rail 5, and an oil film 32 is formed in such a way as to be filled in the buffer gap (e). Squeezing action is displayed by the oil film 32, so that mechanical vibration caused by cutting or the like is effectively buffered, and the finishing accuracy of the machined face can be heightened.
