PURPOSE:To satisfactorily display a game change by transferring general display mode and special display mode from one to the other when a mode fluctuating condition is satisfied, and fluctuating the numeric value of either one of line number and column number in each display mode according to the progress of the game. CONSTITUTION:An image display device or a variable display device 1 has, as a display member, a dot matrix type LED color panel 5 in which, for example, light emitting diodes 4 capable of a luminous display with a plurality of colors are arranged as display elements. Thus, the LED color panel 5 can take a display mode of plural lines and plural columns in addition to the display mode in the single body of identification information. In a general display mode, the identification information is displayed by a general matrix combination consisting of prescribed line number and column number. On the other hand, in a special display mode, the identification information is displayed by a matrix combination in which at least either one of the numeric values of line number and column number is differed. When a prescribed condition is satisfied, the display mode is transferred from one to the other. |
