PURPOSE:To obtain an organic fluorine compound suitable as a dispersing agent for fine particles of various kinds of metals, metal oxides, metal salts, etc., fluorocarbon fine particles, various resins such as fluorine-based resin fine particles or their solutions. CONSTITUTION:A compound of formula I {Rf is formula II to formula IV [R1 to R14 each is F or FnH2n+1 [(n) is 1-3]; R15 is FnH2n+1; (l) is 1-9; (m) is 0-24]; X is O, S or COO; (h) is 0 or 1; R is >=10C phenylene having an alkylene or its derivative or <=10C aliphatic alkylene; M is OH, COOH, SH or CONH2}. This compound is excellent in disperse stability and its dispersed material is useful for providing performance of water repellency, oil repellency, stainproofing property, mold release property, rustproof property, etc., and suitable as a lubricant in highly packed magnetic recording medium element. |
