PURPOSE:To enhance the reproducibility of artificial stone like natural stone, and achieve a low cost and light weight of artificial stone, and further enable additional functions to be given thereto. CONSTITUTION:By the use of a mold comprising a female mold 10 and male mold 20, special coating material 30 with a previous property with respect to concrete is applied on the inner surface of the female mold 10, and then concrete having a pigment kneaded therein is placed. After a mold releasing process, there is obtained a hollow structural artificial stone A which has a color layer with the difference of an almost color gradation in a layer thickness of 0-15mm from the surface to the inner part of a concrete outer shell 40. The special pigment is constituted of an inorganic pigment, paste, penetrant, dispersant, thikener and water as a solvent. |
