PURPOSE:To produce a blow molded product complicated and changed three- dimensionally by integrating an insert part. CONSTITUTION:The insert mold 31 and split molds 32, 33 positioned under a die 1 are set to an opened state to allow a parison 2 to fall and, after the insert part 4 engaged with the projection 311 of the insert mold 31 is surrounded by the parison 2, the lower part of the parison 2 is clamped to the insert part 4 by clamping the split molds 32, 33 and, subsequenly, an insert set mold 3 is rotated and erected to be brought into contact with the side edge 5a of the lower mold 5a of a blow mold 5 set to an open state. The lower mold 5a and the insert set mold 3 are relatively moved with respect to the parison 2 so as to prevent the lateral shift of the center position of the parison 2 to arrange the parison 2 on the lower mold 5a and, thereafter, the blow mold 5 is closed and, continuously, air is blown in the parison 2 to expand the same to integrally mold the insert part 4. |
