PURPOSE:To conduct surely the exchange between liquid and air during application by forming more than one through holes at the end of a shaft cylinder into which a material to be applied is inserted in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:When a cap 15 is pushed, a thin film part 14 which integrates the press cap 14a of a tail stopper 14 and a tail cap 14b is broken so that the tail stopper is separated into the press cap 14a and the tail cap 14b. When the cap 15 is pushed, a thin wall part 13b shrinks, a cylinder 13a with a bottom advances, the bottom surface of the cylinder 13a advances a valve opening body 12 and a valve body 11 against the energization force of a repulsion body 10 and separates a valve part 11a and a seat part 6a to open a valve. When the valve is opened, liquid in a liquid holding cell 9 is discharged into a liquid occlusion body 5 through a protruded cylinder part 6 and supplied through the cylinder part 6 to a material 1 to be applied to enable the application. Since ribs 4 are formed on the inner wall of a front shaft through hole into which the material 1 to be applied is inserted, the exchange between liquid and air can be conducted surely. |
