PURPOSE:To provide a high-reliability washing machine capable of washing and stably spin-drying with washing power in a short time by normally controlling the current of a brush-less motor as the control subject of the brush-less motor, and adequately controlling the speed of the brush-less motor, respectively. CONSTITUTION:When the washing mode is selected by the washing mode selector 9 of an operation section 8, the washing course instruction section 25 of a control device 20 outputs washing and spin-drying motor current instruction signals for the optimum washing pattern to a current controller 22 based on the selected washing mode and the outputs from various sensor switches 10 and a current detection section 24. The current controller 22 outputs the differential signal between the detection signal and instruction signal of the motor current to a motor drive controller 3. The motor drive controller 3 feeds the motor drive power corresponding to the differential signal to a brush-less motor 1 driving a pulsator 11. At the time of spin-drying, the output of a speed controller 23 is outputted to the current controller 22 after the target final revolving speed is attained. |
