PURPOSE: To advance the security of a safe by making the door freely swing in an openable and closable manner as the door is moved slightly toward the direction of a hinge. CONSTITUTION: The casing 1 buried in a wall 2 has a front frame 3 for an access opening 4, and the access opening is protected by a door 6 being inclined or rotated about a horizontal shaft 7. The hinge 8 includes a guide 9 such as a hole or the like for accepting a rod 10 attached to the inner surface of the door 6, and the door 6 is rendered movable between two positions at both ultimate ends with respect to the plane of the door itself being in a parallel positional relation with the hinge 8. This results in that at one movement end, the door 6 is joined to the rear of the frame 3 of the access opening 4 so that the door never open. The movement of the door is carried out by a crank mechanism having an operation wheel 12 at its outside end. |
