摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a high linearity for magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:In regard to the optical magnetic field sensor where a polarizer 4, a magnetooptical element 5 being a ferrimagnetic garnet crystal and an analyzer 6 are used at least along the direction of advance of light, an optical magnetic field sensor which features that an optical system enabling reception of diffracted lights including high-order ones by an emission-side optical fiber 9 is constructed and that optical transmission lines 3 and 7 provided between one end of the magnetooptical element 5 and a first optical fiber 1 and between the other end of the magnetooptical element 5 and the second optical fiber 9 are light guides. This optical magnetic sensor has a linearity of + or -1.0% or below in a magnetic field range of 0Oe to 200Oe and a high precision in measurement of a magnetic field is realized.</p> |
