<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a vacuum capacitor in which the constitution of an electrode is improved, which reduces the number of production processes and whose cost are reduced. CONSTITUTION:A guide member 2 is formed in the center of an electrode mounting conductor 1. A plurality of cylindrical concentric electrode plates 3F1 to 3Fn whose diameter is different are formed to be a bottomed cylinder shape. A guide hole 3' into which the guide member 2 is fitted is formed in the bottom- part center. The guide member 2 is fitted into the guide hole 3'. The cylindrical electrode plates 3F1, to 3Fn are fixed by a fixation means such as a caulking means or the like so as not to drop, and they are brazed simultaneously by one brazing process to an electrode situated on the lower side. A setting groove by which the cylindrical electrode plates are set on the electrode mounting conductor 1 is not required.</p> |
