PURPOSE:To provide a cooperative work area, where respective jobs are matched with characteristics as well, by referring to a managing means and generating the cooperative work area corresponding to a previously decided display form based on the class of the cooperative work to be provided. CONSTITUTION:An operating system 2020 is a program to be utilized by plural application programs including a cooperative work space managing program 2000 for accessing a hardware, and data to be utilized for the program 2000 are stored in a filing device 2060. A telephone or FAX is controlled by the program 2000 through a communication control equipment 2040 and a communication line 2080. A communication equipment controller 2070 is a communication interface installed inside a communication equipment. This is a system composed of one computer but further, it is connected with the other computer system and can be cooperatively operated each other by using a communication line 2090 installed on a public communication network or a communication network 2100 of a LAN. |
