PURPOSE:To provide portable radio telephone equipment with pager function which enables a user to select whether to change the destination of line connection or not by reporting the condition or connection to a home base station or a public base station to the user without interrupting the speaking voice. CONSTITUTION:When the reception signal of a reception part 3 reaches an alarm level of a control part 7, a signal is outputted to a CPU 8. The CPU 8 instructs an alarm part 14 through a pager control part 13 to give an alarm. The speaker receives the alarm to depress a key of a keyboard 9, and a signal to permit or inhibit line switching is given to the CPU 8. When receiving the permission signal from the keyboard 9 and the signal of arrival at the line switching level from the control part 7, the CPU 8 outputs a line switching command to the control part 7. |
