PURPOSE:To generate inspection data automatically and to enhance the work efficiency while reducing the cost by providing a step for reading out the positional profile of a land, a step for reading out the profile data of an objective component, a step for checking overlap, and a step for generating data. CONSTITUTION:At first, the positional profile data of a land or mask corresponding to a selected component is read out and the profile data of the selected component is read out from a component data base. The positional profile of a land or mask is then overlapped on the profile of a component and the overlapping is checked. Normal processing is carried out if one and one correspondence is satisfied otherwise a data is generated according to another predetermined rule for each type of inspection apparatus. Consequently, the inspection data from a print inspection unit, a mount inspection unit and a soldering inspection unit are numbered similarly and generated while being correlated. |
